Joy Oladokun “Sorry Isn’t Good Enough”

Lyric video for rising folk star Joy Oladokun’s single Sorry Isn’t Good Enough commissioned by Republic Records. Joy requested something witchy, mystical and flowery. I approached this as more of a motion graphics project that didn't rely on moving type to keep viewers engaged. My direction for this was to create a hazy and mysterious environment that really illustrated the feelings and lyrics present in the song. I really had fun utilizing more of the 3D space in this animation while maintaining my signature 2D style.
